Ryan Cisney Is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black belt under Paulo Elsimaani and a life long martial artist with martial arts that include wing chun, muay thai, wrestling and karate. Ryan has won numerous gold and silver medals in his BJJ competition career.

The owner Zach was very helpful and patient giving me details over the phone for the kid boxing class. Instructor Ben was super friendly and fun. My friend's daughter is kinda of shy and she feels comfortable here. I think this is a great gym and an excellent program for kids and adults. This place is the real deal!
